As of 1 January 2011, H.E.A.T Mezzanine Advisory GmbH took over on behalf of the transaction advisor HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG the support of the H.E.A.T mezzanine portfolios. H.E.A.T Mezzanine Advisory GmbH is a company which is not affiliated to HSBC Trinkaus. All legal agreements remain unchanged. Particularly, the position of the creditor, H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A. in Luxembourg, remains unaffected from the outsourcing.
The basic parameters will also remain the same for the portfolio companies and the investors: it is ensured that the new company provides the same high level of advisory and service quality. Moreover, Michael Auracher together with a competent team from the new company will still be in charge of the programme.
The team - so far also partly in charge in other bank projects - has the possibility to concentrate exclusively on the continued smooth implementation of the programme. Additionally, due to the outsourcing is an improved the opportunity for follow-up and refinancing solutions with third parties. It facilitates also a greater independence of communications to investors.
