H.E.A.T Mezzanine is a structured subordinated loan programme in which the subordinated loan is combined and securitised in the special-purpose vehicle, "H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A.", in Luxembourg.
- H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A. is a joint stock corporation under Luxembourgish law and it is subject to the regulatory powers of the CSSF
- H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A.'s holding company is a German GmbH (limited liability company)
- Between H.E.A.T Mezzanine S.A. and HSBC Trinkaus exists an investment advisory agreement. From this agreement HSBC Trinkaus has outsourced assignments to H.E.A.T Mezzanine Advisory GmbH.
