Companies that take out a H.E.A.T Mezzanine loan can keep their shareholder structure intact and the funds are treated as borrowed capital for tax purposes. H.E.A.T Mezzanine capital is a long-term loan facility that does not tie up any collateral.

H.E.A.T Mezzanine is a means of providing small and medium-sized German enterprises with indirect access to the capital market.
We put together a portfolio of approximately 50 companies that would like to achieve their investment objectives with H.E.A.T Mezzanine. We then offer this portfolio to international capital market investors. Based on its size, this portfolio provides an attractive investment volume to the investors. Only selected key data on the companies in the portfolio are disclosed.
